Pork Meat

The ready-to-cook meats are produced in the plant next to the slaughterhouse. Great care and attention is given to the packaging of the meat prepared in sterile rooms with the most modem machinery. The packs of fresh meat are intended for family consumption (mainly through chain stores) as well as for institutional work and the restaurant trade. Thanks to the "from the farm to table" formula, the most suitable meats are selected to be processed and packaged; from portioned cuts (chops, spare ribs, escalopes, stewing and roast joints), to the oven/grill ready preparations (kebabs, mixed grills, hamburgers), to breaded slices, to fresh sausages and other specialities (processed meats with organic vegetables and other strictly checked ingredients).
